About the role
We are currently seeking a full-time Parts Interpreter to join our team in Mulwala. The role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer service by accurately identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts to both internal and external customers. With a strong focus on building positive, solution-oriented relationships, this position supports business growth by driving revenue through service excellence and product expertise.
Responsibilities
* Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
* Accurately interpret customer requirements and identify the correct parts using electronic systems and catalogs.
* Proactively upsell and recommend complementary products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to offer expert advice and tailored solutions.
* Collaborate closely with workshop, service, and sales teams to ensure seamless parts supply and workflow support.
* Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals through proactive customer engagement.
* Ensure inventory accuracy and assist with stock control and ordering to ensure optimal availability.
Qualifications
* Agricultural industry experience (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
