Wilson Security is seeking 5 full-time Security Relievers to join a number of hospital based sites in the North!
**Epping, Broadmeadows, Craigieburn and Epping.**
**About the Roles**:
Successful full-time Relievers across hospital sites will assist in covering sick leave and dropped shifts.
Full time relievers will get full time hours 38 hrs a week and reliever allowance.
**Flexible availability 24/7 & you must be able to pick up shifts on short notice**
This is a dynamic, fast paced environment that requires a driven and passionate person with a strong desire to make a difference and contribute to the success of the team.
**The position functions includes**:
- Internal and external patrols
- Concierge/Customer Service
- Issuing contractors and visitors permits/passes
- Dealing with conflict resolution
- Patient watch
- General security duties
- Report writing
- Foot patrols
**Role Requirements**:
- **Flexibility to work 24-7 and must be available on short notice**:
- Current VIC Security licence
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Valid VIC drivers licence
- Working with children
- Current First Aid Certificate
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work with conflicting time constraints
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proactive and problem solving mindset
- Willing to support both client team and security teams
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
