About the Role
We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to provide exceptional support to our medical imaging department.
This full-time position will involve handling face-to-face and over-the-phone patient registrations, bookings, triage, and queries as the first point of contact within the clinic.
Responsibilities include receiving payments, issuing receipts, completing all billing and invoicing for patients, operating the booking system, and assisting with back-office activities such as outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as delegated by your manager.
* Handle patient registrations, bookings, triage, and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Ensure seamless patient experience through effective communication and coordination with healthcare professionals.
* Process payments and issue receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
* Operate the booking system to manage patient appointments and schedules.
* Contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic by assisting with administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
