As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding our Restaurant Managers by setting performance objectives, evaluating operational performance, and ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld in safety and compliance.
The position requires full-time availability and willingness to work a mixture of days, nights, and weekends to support our guest-obsessed culture.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide Safety Leadership through our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy
* Create a Guest Obsessed Culture within each restaurant
* Lead a high-performing team with a strong talent pipeline behind it
* Build the brand via effective business planning
* Manage the business to ensure profitability
