Summary:
We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering great service, this could be the role for you.
In this position, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — answering questions, resolving issues and making sure every interaction is a positive one. You'll work closely with the wider team to keep things running smoothly and ensure our customers feel supported from start to finish.
Bonus points if you have call centre experience or prior experience using HubSpot or Timely. That said, if you've got the right attitude and are keen to learn, we'd still love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat in a friendly and professional manner
* Resolving customer issues and complaints promptly and with care
* Providing clear and accurate information about our services
* Maintaining accurate customer records and notes
* Processing bookings, changes and customer requests
* Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer needs are met
* Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes
What we're looking for:
* 1–2 years' experience in a customer service or call centre role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Confidence using Google Workspace and customer service systems
* Experience with HubSpot, Timely or similar platforms is highly regarded
