Small Loans Officer – Anglicare WA
The WA No Interest Loans Scheme (WA NILS) is part of the Anglicare WA Financial Wellbeing Team. The program provides families and individuals on low incomes across Western Australia with the opportunity to apply for small, no-interest loans in time of need. These loans help people purchase essential household items and services without the burden of interest charges or fees.

Salary: From $75,387 per year + superannuation and salary packaging (up to $15,900 tax-free per annum)
Key Responsibilities
Processing and approving applications for No Interest Loans.
Skills and Experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to a wide range of clients in need of assistance, including clients from an Aboriginal and CALD background.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
Well-developed computer skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, client management system).
Ability to prioritise, plan work and maintain accurate records.
Ability to be flexible, demonstrate initiative and work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
Ability to maintain high quality standards and attention to detail.
Ability to work within defined policies and procedures.
Requirements
Valid National Police Clearance.
WA Driver's Licence.
Police record is not an automatic barrier to employment; we review disclosures on an individual basis.
