Job Title: Insurance Industry Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have experience in the insurance industry or broking administration, with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

* Assist brokers in managing client relationships prior to renewals
* Input and update data into CRM systems, ensuring consistent data across both platforms
* Bind policies on broker instruction, issue invoices with schedules to clients and close transactions with insurers
* Issue certificates of currency
* Distribute policy schedule letters to clients
* Notify insurers for cancellations and lapses
* Generate debtor reports for brokers to chase, reconciling in CRM systems


About You:

* Experience in the insurance industry or broking administration
* Customer-focused insurance industry and administration experience
* Great attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
* Desire to grow a career in insurance broking
* Highly motivated and seeking a challenging and rewarding position
* Well-organized, able to handle working under pressure
* Understand the importance of client servicing
* Experience working with CRM systems
