Job Title: Insurance Industry Professional

The successful candidate will have experience in the insurance industry or broking administration, with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist brokers in managing client relationships prior to renewals
* Input and update data into CRM systems, ensuring consistent data across both platforms
* Bind policies on broker instruction, issue invoices with schedules to clients and close transactions with insurers
* Issue certificates of currency
* Distribute policy schedule letters to clients
* Notify insurers for cancellations and lapses
* Generate debtor reports for brokers to chase, reconciling in CRM systems

* Experience in the insurance industry or broking administration
* Customer-focused insurance industry and administration experience
* Great attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
