Office Allrounder / Administration Assistant

Established Agricultural Company is seeking an experienced Office Allrounder / Administration Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to two Managing Directors and the Farm Manager.
This is a trusted, autonomous role suited to a seasoned administrator who is confident supporting two busy executives, managing competing priorities, and liaising with finance and professional service providers. The role offers flexibility, stability and long-term opportunity within a well-established, family-owned business.
About the Business
The family-owned broadacre farming operation is located near Geraldton, producing wheat, canola and lupins using modern equipment and precision farming technology.
The Role
High-level executive and personal assistance to senior management
Diary and email management
Proactive coordination of meetings, agendas and follow-ups
Preparing professional correspondence, reports and presentations
Coordinating training, travel, and accommodation
Working with employees to implement company policies
Maintaining accurate records and confidential information
Liaising with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Accountants, Business Management Consultants and other external service providers
Acting as a key point of contact for administrative and operational matters
Ad-hoc administrative and business support as required
About You
You will be a highly capable, self-directed administrator with:
* 3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Office Allrounder or Office Administration Assistant
* Proven experience supporting managers or business owners
* Exceptional organisational skills and sound judgment
* High attention to detail and absolute discretion
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Confidence working independently and managing priorities without close supervision
* Experience liaising with finance functions and professional advisors
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
