If so, then a career as an Assistant Director in a childcare centre could be your perfect fit This dynamic role allows you to make a real difference in the lives of children, while also playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of a vibrant learning environment.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our centre provides the highest quality care and education for all children. Your duties will include:
- Collaborate with the Director and Educational Leader to plan, implement, and evaluate engaging programs that are developmentally and culturally appropriate.
- Provide direction and supervision to staff members with the capacity to nurture professional growth.
- Foster a safe and secure environment for both children and staff, adhering to Duty of Care and OHS regulations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records for each child, following relevant regulations and centre standards.
- Communicate effectively with the Director, staff, and parents to deliver exceptional childcare services.
- Champion our centre's policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and high-quality practices.
**What we're looking for**:
- Experience in a similar Leadership capacity
- Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively studying towards
- Working with Children Blue Card
- Current CPR and First Aid
