This position offers an opportunity to provide vital support services for families in crisis within the South West region of Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with vulnerable and at-risk families to address practical issues in their homes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing home-based emergency care to children and offering practical assistance to families who need it most.
