Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
* Drive requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder discussions, and analysis sessions to define business objectives and expected outcomes.
* Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational improvements.
* Support end-to-end project delivery activities by coordinating across cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Facilitate communication between business users and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
* Ensure traceability of requirements across project phases through documentation, validation, and change management activities.
* Participate in solution reviews, business process assessments, and functional evaluations to ensure alignment with business expectations.
* Contribute to project governance by supporting risk identification, issue management, and project status reporting.
* Assist in prioritization activities by evaluating business impact, dependencies, and implementation feasibility.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
Duties
* Conduct requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discussions to capture business and functional requirements.
* Prepare and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
* Analyze business workflows, operational procedures, and existing systems to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
* Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and system interaction models to support solution design activities.
* Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development and technical teams.
* Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop requirement traceability matrices (RTMs) to ensure complete mapping between requirements, design, testing, and delivery.
* Support sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, prioritization exercises, and Agile ceremonies where applicable.
* Participate in solution validation activities, ensuring delivered functionality aligns with documented requirements.
* Develop test scenarios, support test case preparation, and participate in user acceptance testing activities.
* Coordinate defect triaging activities and assist teams in clarifying functional expectations during testing cycles.
* Support deployment activities by validating business readiness and ensuring solution adoption requirements are met.
* Prepare training materials, user guides, and process documentation to support operational transition activities.
* Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training programs for end users and business teams.
* Monitor requirement changes, assess business impact, and maintain documentation version control.
* Support vendor coordination and third-party interactions where external systems or integrations are involved.
* Provide ongoing support during post-implementation phases to address functional issues and enhancement requests.
* Contribute to project reporting activities by maintaining requirement status, risks, dependencies, and milestone updates.
Skills Required
Nationality: Bachelor Degree or Higher Degree in IT or ICT or related field 5 + years of experience in IT or ICT or related field Specialized in ICT Business Analyst
