Job Responsibilities
Dusting furniture and surfaces
Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
Bathroom cleaning including showers, vanities, sinks, toilets and baths
Kitchen cleaning including cupboards, benchtops, appliances, sinks, ovens
Laundry room cleaning
Cleaning glass doors and windows
Emptying rubbish and relining bins
Monitors and maintains gear and product organisation
Perform additional duties as needed/requested by clients or management
Work Hours & Benefits
One Wish Cleaning is an exclusively weekday, daytime hours role, so enjoy your free weekends and nights.
You'll never work outside of 6am-6pm Mon-Fri.
Each work day you will join a Lead Cleaner and complete between 3 and 6 houses as a team.
On top of the hours spent at each home paid at award rates, you are also paid for your drive times between houses, and receive a fuel allowance based on kms driven each week.
All training, Cleaning Gear, PPE and products are supplied by the company or reimbursed directly to you.
Entry roles are casual; with direct growth opportunities to move into Lead Cleaner roles at a higher rate of pay on Permanent.
Part Time or Full Time basis.
Cleaner Qualifications / Skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Eye for detail
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Motivated and driven with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
Open or Provisional driver's license and access to a road worthy car essential.
Previous cleaning experience a plus; however all training will be provided so it is not strictly necessary.
