Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Consultant to join our organisation.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic HR initiatives, coaching, training, and advising managers on people issues, and equipping them with the appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively lead and manage their teams.
* They will develop effective working relationships with regional senior leaders, influencing and supporting them to shape and deliver people plans in support of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide regular performance metrics to the business to communicate progress against people plans and key HR objectives
* Offer strategic advice and transactional support across the business to improve operational efficiency, empower individuals, and enhance the delivery of services to customers
* Influence, advise, and support the people and cultural aspects of organisational change to position the capability of the business to deliver to the strategic direction of the business
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Recognised tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related discipline
* Experience within a heavy industry environment
* A sound understanding of employment law
