About the Position
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic customer service superstar to join the Shire of Broome in the role of Customer Service Officer for a 3-month fixed term contract.
The Customer Service position will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to all stakeholders, both internally and externally. The position will require you to respond to counter and telephone enquiries and refer technical enquiries to the appropriate officer or department via the Shire's Customer Service Module. You will assist with bookings, event and Civic Centre enquiries and administration.

About You
Our ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service skills including the ability to deal with agitated and/or difficult customers, great interpersonal and communication both written and verbal skills. Great attention to detail and enjoy working in small teams.
