We're looking for a skilled professional to lead our customer support team across 56 care communities in Victoria.
Location: Based at our East Melbourne office or closest care community to your location. Travel across Metro Melbourne is required.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide continuity and leadership during leave periods in different care communities.
* Guide new residents and families through a seamless admission experience.
* Mentor local administration teams, sharing best practices and providing stability.
* Build relationships and deliver a consistent high-quality experience across Victoria.
* Play a key role in implementing programs and initiatives region-wide.
Requirements
* Leadership experience in aged care, healthcare, or a related service industry.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
* Exceptional adaptability and ability to integrate into new teams and environments.
* Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
* Resilience, strong organisation, and proactive problem-solving.
