Overview
An exciting full time opportunity now exists for a receptionist to support our team in our Rockingham office. The role will be busy and varied with no 2 days likely to be the same.
Responsibilities
- Answering & responding to telephone enquiries
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Diary management
- Opening, closing and archiving electronic files
- Stationary orders
- General admin tasks as required to assist fellow team members
- Clean and tidy kitchen
- Sorting mail
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reception based role or in customer service
- A positive and friendly attitude when greeting clients and visitors
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- The ability to remain calm and poised under pressure
- Professional phone manner
- Good memory, listening skills and clear thinking abilities
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A pro-active approach to daily work tasks
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
