Estimator (Contract – 4–8 Weeks) | Top‐Tier Fit Out Builder | ASAP Start
We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join a top‐tier fit‐out builder on a short‐term contract (4–8 weeks). Due to a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming projects, our client requires additional estimating support to assist in managing their current workload.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial fit‐out projects
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
* Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
* Identify cost‐saving opportunities and value engineering options
* Work closely with project managers and the pre‐construction team
* Assist with tender submissions and documentation
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Estimator within the fit‐out / interiors sector
* Strong understanding of commercial fit‐out projects (essential)
* Ability to hit the ground running in a fast‐paced environment
* High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Availability to start ASAP
