Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies and policies.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of incidents and near misses.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
