As a pastry cook you will be responsible for developing recipes, as well as baking authentic French bread, pastries to be sold to our customer .
The main task and duties for the role will include :
Preparing and baking a variety of French pastries, eclairs, including choux pastries, Insert, glazing, filling .
Developing and following recipes precisely.
Working collaboratively with the chef and waiters, and others pastry cook to meet high volume of production .
Ensuring the daily completion of mise en place .
Assisting with stock rotation ,inventory control, ordering ingredients and materials .
At all times maintaining strict food safety,
Cleanliness and hygiene standard in all kitchen and work area in line with Australian food standard.

Pay: $76,515.00 – $80,000.00 per year
