Job Title: Ict Infrastructure Support Officer
This is a technical role that requires working with both internal and external stakeholders to provide support for telephony and unified communications services. The position involves collaborating with senior technical staff and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of ITIL best practice and experience covering infrastructure, telephony, and networks. High level customer service and support skills are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Agency's telephony and unified communications services
* Provide support for physical network services onsite
* Assist with asset logistic requirements
* Support the M365 platform
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in ICT operations roles
* Experience covering Infrastructure, Telephony and Networks
* Sound understanding of ITIL best practice
* High level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* High level customer service and support skills
