The Opportunity
You will be managing
assets
within Western Australia. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience across retail centres, demonstrates the highest standard of professionalism in both presentation and communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a selection of assets
* Maintain the asset to the highest standard
* Adhere to KPIs as set out in management agreements
* Apply risk management practices across your portfolio
* Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain tight control over asset operating costs
* Regular site inspections
* Ensure that all operations and maintenance is undertaken and conforms to workplace legislation
* Stay up to date with market pricing and legislation changes
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in operations management
* Degree in Property, Facilities Management or related discipline
* Strong experience across retail centre management
* Strong contract management and documentation skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
