Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of reporting frameworks and dashboards that support CPS 230 and operational resilience strategies
* Provide technical leadership in data analytics, ensuring reporting outputs are accurate and aligned with regulatory and business needs
* Champion data governance and reporting best practices across the function
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights
* Drive automation and efficiency using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL
* Mentor reporting analysts and foster a culture of continuous improvement and performance
* Represent Operational Resilience in data and reporting forums, ensuring alignment across the three lines of defence
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong experience in reporting, analytics, or performance insights within a risk, resilience, or operational context
* Understanding of operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management frameworks
* Proven ability to design and deliver dashboards that support strategic decision-making
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
* Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and client outcomes
