We Are Looking For People Who:

* Have previous experience (minimum 10 years) as a Project Manager in Civil Infrastructure, Construction or Mining/Resource projects.
* Hold recognized tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management.
* Have an eye for detail and take pride in their work.
* Have previous experience in hard dollar contracting, structural concrete, and civil works.
* Have proven commercial experience in forecasting and budget management, EOM processes, and cost tracking skills.
* Ideally live locally in Gladstone, however DIDO/FIFO may be considered for the right applicant on a 10/4 Roster.
* Have sound communication and interpersonal skills, adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.

Responsibilities:

* Consult with Senior Management
* Develop project programs and execution plans including start-up planning, programming, and managing short and medium-term construction planning.
* Build and maintain client relationships by ensuring requirements and expectations of Safety, Quality, Schedule, Budget, and Contract Administration are met.
* Manage compliance in line with relevant legislations, regulations, and standards.
* Coordinate employees, sub-contractors, materials, and machinery according to program and budget.
* Incident investigations with timely reporting.
* Management of the project quality assurance deliverables.
* Oversee performance improvement processes.
* Protect the interests of the company with your expert skillsets.
* Monitor on-site resources, materials, supplier deliveries, and construction progress in collaboration with site supervisors.
