Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and driven Change Manager to support a high-profile technology transformation program. This role will play a key part in the delivery of a critical capability uplift, focusing on the development and execution of training and communication strategies that support lasting organisational change.


The Change Manager will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, and organisational structures. The key objective is to ensure stakeholder engagement, adoption, and long-term success of the change initiative.


This role will see you working closely with program teams and stakeholders to develop and implement tailored training and communication plans that enable operational readiness and drive sustainable outcomes.


Drive change that sticks. You'll lead engaging training and communication that brings new systems and ways of working to life. From crafting clear messages to rolling out training across platforms, you'll keep teams informed, prepared, and onboard.


You'll assess impacts, map stakeholders, and build smart engagement strategies—measuring what works and fine-tuning as you go.


Qualifications
* Experience working on large-scale organisational change programs


* Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences


* Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs


* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across dispersed teams


* Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams


* Sound understanding of project management principles and tools


* High level of business acumen and awareness of organisational challenges


* Flexible, proactive and solutions-focused approach


* Experience working in complex or high-security environments
