The Position
* Work as the manager on duty overseeing all lounge operations during your shift for a prestigious five‑star airline, globally recognized for its luxury and excellence in service.
* Take ownership of service delivery standards within the lounge, ensuring all guest experiences align with the high expectations of the premium brand we proudly represent.
* Report directly to the Assistant Lounge Manager, assisting with staff rostering, team training, recruitment and interviewing of potential new team members.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with our airline clients, working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations and a consistently high standard of service.

Compensation & Schedule
$80,000 + 12% super. Monday – Friday, shifts: 2:00 am to 10:00 am.
