Field Tech Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical professional to provide technical support and services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems, as well as knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems. Additionally, they will have excellent client service skills and the ability to physically perform general office requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers.
* Use advanced tools and technical knowledge to remediate client problems and conduct scheduled installations.
* Provide technical feedback on technical process issues to improve overall service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and client interactions.
* Travel may be required, including overnight domestic or international trips.
