About the Role
As Electrical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of electrical systems across a large hyperscale data centre facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain oversight of HV/LV systems, UPS, switchgear, and generators.
* Perform root cause analysis and drive technical resolution for incidents.
* Develop and refine electrical operation and maintenance procedures.
* Participate in system upgrades and commissioning.
* Ensure systems are compliant with all relevant codes and standards.
* Act as a liaison between engineering, vendors, and operational teams.
Requirements
* Advanced qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
* Experience in critical environments with complex power systems.
* In‐depth knowledge of Australian electrical regulations.
* Hands‐on experience with SCADA, EPMS, or similar tools.
* Strong technical communication and risk assessment skills.
