About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and service-oriented Learning Advisor to join our Learning & Development team on a 12-month fixed term basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in learning and development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
You'll work closely with experienced L&D professionals and a range of internal and external stakeholders to implement learning solutions that support capability development across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage learning and development projects
* Facilitate key programs, including corporate induction
* Support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives
* Coordinate implementation of learning solutions across compliance, safety, and leadership development
* Ensure quality control and alignment with program objectives
* Manage reporting and data analysis to measure impact
* Liaise with external training providers
* Maintain and support the Learning Management System (LMS)
About You

You'll bring
* Qualifications in Business, HR, Learning & Development, or equivalent experience
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
* Experience managing projects using formal methodologies and digital tools
* Exposure to implementing training programs
* Strong writing and documentation skills for diverse audiences
* High attention to detail and process orientation
* Strong technology literacy and comfort with digital platforms
Essential Requirements:
* You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.

* Flexibility to travel across Sydney Water sites as required.
