- Administrative tasks such as case notes, meeting minutes, organising and coordinating brokerage for service users.
- Assisting as secondary worker on outreach and in-reach service user visits and assisting in the completion of Family Violence and Child Well-being risk assessments.
- Assisting the Screening Identification and Triage (SIT) Team in providing service history checks.
- Ensure accurate and up to date records are kept on the Client Record Management (CRM) system.
- Protect confidentiality and ensure the safety, rights and dignity of service users are always maintained.
- An understanding of the social and political issues impacting women and children escaping family violence.
- Ability to work with mínimal direction and supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Valid Victorian Driver's Licence | Working With Children Check | Police Check.
- Minimum requirement of Diploma of Community Services or other appropriate tertiary qualification/s and/or experience relevant to this position.
