Joe Bananas is seeking a full-time Retail Assistant to join our Sydney team across our QVB and The Rocks flagship locations. This junior-level role is perfect for someone who may not have retail experience but brings a brilliant attitude, strong emotional intelligence, and a willingness to learn in a luxury fashion environment.
You will play a key part in keeping our stores running smoothly — ensuring garments look impeccable, supporting stock management, assisting with online orders, and upholding the polished store presentation Joe Bananas is known for.

Retail experience not required — we value attitude, enthusiasm, and EQ above all else.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Availability for a full-time roster, including essential weekend work.

* Dependability, organisation, and a willingness to learn.
* The ability to follow instructions carefully (especially garment care and packing).
* Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
* Legal authorisation to work in Australia.
Additional Information:
* Full-time role only.
* Based between stores in the QVB and The Rocks in Sydney.

* Familiarity with Shopify or POS is a plus, but not required — training provided.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
