About the Position
We are seeking a flexible and proactive Casual Administration Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Gatton. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, supporting our Stock Team with data entry and inventory tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized and able to multitask
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
