About the Role
We're hiring a Creative and Visual Design Lead to own visual design for Stanford Media.
Your job: design motion graphics, social assets, infographics, and visual systems that make Stanford unmistakable. You'll work closely with our Video and Production Lead to maintain brand consistency across everything we produce.
We use best-in-class AI tools to multiply output and speed. The product stays premium.

What You'll Own
* Visual identity and brand systems: maintaining Stanford's look, feel, and visual standards across all platforms.
* Motion graphics: titles, transitions, animations that elevate video content.
* Social creative: scroll-stopping graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook optimized for each platform.
* Infographics and visual storytelling: making complex financial and legal concepts clear and engaging.
* Design systems and templates: building libraries that let the team move fast without compromising quality.
* Brand partnership: working with Video and Production Lead to ensure visual consistency across all content.
* AI leverage: using the best tools available to accelerate design work, iterations, and asset creation without creating generic output.

* You use AI properly. Not for shortcuts, but for leverage.
