Job Role
A Guest Service Agent is required to provide excellent customer service at Oaks Mackay Rivermarque Hotel. The moment a guest arrives, you will make them feel at home with your welcoming presence.
* Deliver a warm reception to guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process while addressing immediate inquiries or needs.
* Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across various channels, including in-person, phone, and email, to provide exceptional service.
* Process guest reservations, updates, and special requests accurately, utilising property management systems for seamless scheduling and availability.
* Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering prompt assistance, resolving issues, and providing personalised recommendations to enhance their experience.
Work Schedule
Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday. Shift times are scheduled within 7:00am to 11:00pm. Immediate start is available. Hourly rates apply:
Monday to Friday: $33.38 per hour Saturday: $40.05 per hour Sunday: $46.73 per hour
