We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Darwin, NT. which will also involve remote work in the NT.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations from project initiation to handover,
ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Lead site teams by promoting a safety-first culture.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, subcontractors, and the
project management team.
• Coordinate site activities, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and contractual
requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards throughout the construction process.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in the construction building industry is essential, trade certificate is desirable.
• Ability to read and understand building plans.
• Senior First Aid
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track.
• Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.

Salary: Salary negotiable based on experience.
