Job Description:
The OSHC Service Assistant is a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and education to children in Outside School Hours Care. This position requires an individual who can create engaging daily activities that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value.
1. Supervise and support children during Before School Care (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM) and After School Care (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM), Monday to Friday.
2. Assist in preparing and serving healthy food options.
3. Create a nurturing environment for children.
4. Build meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the community.
