* Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager leading custom application development projects Proficiency in custom application development methodologies tools and technologies
* Experience in managing full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for custom applications using Agile methodologies
* Project experience across unified sales platforms
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at various organizational levels
* Familiarity with change management methodologies and techniques to drive user adoption
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address potential risks and issues
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving operational efficiency and business outcomes through Agile custom application development
* A real nice to have would be Fast Food Brands and Domain Experience.

* Experienced in planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project, or overseeing multiple, simultaneous projects.
* Tasks include managing project direction, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk and procurement.
* Accountability for the outcomes covering scale, complexity and cost
* Technical leadership in designing, coding and validating technical solutions
* Leading and mentoring engineer's laser focus on automation, cloud and DevOps engineering techniques
* Working at a senior level across the programme team, collaborating with architects, engineers
* Provide Technical leadership Facilitating rapid decision making for the team
