About The Role
As Store Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of this busy store, leading a passionate team, managing P&L, and ensuring quality fresh food is consistently delivered to loyal local customers.

* Experience in an independent supermarket or similar retail environment
* Strong leadership across large, diverse teams
* P&L management and the ability to control costs across departments
* A hands-on approach to mentoring, training, and driving team performance

* Strong food safety and compliance understanding
