In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering inclusive, learner-focused vocational education, this role will see you support and case-manage learners through accredited programs, ensuring reasonable adjustments meet both learner needs and regulatory requirements. You will guide enrolment processes, provide detailed program information, and liaise with trainers and subject matter experts to implement Learner Support Plans, fostering high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
You will develop, implement, and monitor tailored support solutions in a complex vocational education environment, ensuring compliance with the Australian Foundation Skills Framework and Standards for RTOs 2025.

About you
Your strong knowledge of vocational education, learner support, and regulatory assurance, formed across RTO or educational environments, will see you excel in identifying and addressing learner needs, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-standard customer service.
You're recognised as a learner-focused, solutions-driven professional, skilled at case management and stakeholder collaboration, experienced in inclusive education, foundation skills assessment, and learner support planning.
