The role
What you'll be doing
Providing accurate quotes for new projects and jobs.
Developing detailed production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Monitoring and adjusting production plans in response to changes or issues.
Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
Maintaining detailed records and reporting on production metrics.
Supporting the quoting and tendering process for new business opportunities.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a planning, estimating or scheduling role within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross‐functional teams
- Proficiency in using production planning and scheduling software, such as ERP systems
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, manufacturing or a related field is highly desirable
- Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation is required for this position
