As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide administration and sales support to the sales team, collaborating closely with a Sales Executive and Group Sales Manager on your assigned client patch.
The Opportunity:
* Contributing to short-term revenue goals for your designated media agency and client patch.
* Supporting the Sales Executive and Group Sales Manager with achieving sales targets through proactive sales initiatives, effective yield management, and meticulous inventory processes.
* Providing admin support, managing data entry, and creating insightful reports for clients and stakeholders using Excel and industry systems.
* Ensuring quick processing of proposals, bookings, and inquiries to keep the sales process smooth.
* Mastery of the TV Network Sales system to optimize campaign delivery.
* Ensuring everything is organized by filing documents, reports, and correspondence, and sharing updates with the team.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to convey ideas effectively. You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks, along with exceptional organizational skills and a consistent ability to meet deadlines. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset are essential for thriving in our team environment.
You will have:
* Previous people/client-facing experience (e.g., sales, marketing, retail, or hospitality).
* Degree qualified in business, marketing, advertising (preferred but not essential).
