Job Description
* Reviewing freight bills, fuel surcharges and logistics costs to ensure accuracy and drive efficiencies
* Designing and maintaining Warehouse KPIs to improve operational performance
* Analysing packaging, pallet hire, equipment hire and other supply‐chain expenses to identify savings opportunities
* Supporting contract management, CAPEX preparation and tender analysis for logistics categories such as packaging and waste removal
* Validating project savings and monitoring cost performance for active initiatives
* Reviewing stock adjustments, analysing inventory triggers and supporting SLOB reduction initiatives
* Owning budgeting and forecasting for the Supply Chain Division in partnership with operational leaders
* Delivering ad‐hoc insights and analysis for senior management

The Successful Applicant
* 5+ years' experience in financial analysis with strong commercial acumen
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, external data connections)
* Exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations partnering
* Strong understanding of revenue and cost recognition principles
* Ability to collaborate and challenge stakeholders confidently and respectfully
* Background in wholesale distribution with high SKU volumes or multi‐site operations
* Freight/logistics industry experience
* CA/CPA qualified or working towards (advantage)
