This role is based in Melbourne, Victoria (Richmond) and will require some attendance at our office.

**THE ROLE AND WHAT YOU WILL DO**
As a Digital Advertising Specialist for Tradable Bits Australia, you'll collaborate with our sports and music clients on ground-breaking digital marketing campaigns. You will be at the front line of our partners paid digital strategy, handling campaigns from strategy through to reporting, and be accountable for the success of that campaign. We're a small and nimble team, working alongside another Digital Advertising Specialist (with support from our HQ ads team) you'll be responsible for:
- Budgeting, strategy & execution on platform
- Campaign setup, implementation, monitoring and reporting
- Client management
- Some finance and billing.
**HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME**
- Execute advance ad strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, display and Spotify.
- Collaborating on ads strategy for campaign roll out with our local and Vancouver based ads teams.
- Place, configure and analyse pixels and data sets. Identify and resolve any issues.
- Optimize manual and automated bidding strategies.
- Manage day to day budgets across channels.
- Creation of test plans, identifying campaign value and opportunities.
- Liaise with external vendors to identify and deliver on new opportunities.
- Analyse campaign performance and work with analytics tools identifying optimization opportunities.
- Help partners develop ideas, key performance indicators and strategies that creatively use our platform while driving revenue for both the partner and Tradable Bits.
- Quickly master the Tradable Bits platform and then make data-backed suggestions on how we can improve it; working with developers to scope out new features.
**MUST HAVE SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Hard skills on the tools - Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat.
- Experience managing significant ad budgets.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in social media advertising, search ads, digital marketing, and/or another highly analytical environment
- Agency experience / experience working across music, events entertainment industry.
- A proactive nature, a willingness to learn and take personal responsibility for your work.
- Enjoy fast-paced and agile work environment

- An ability to communicate clearly and effectively, prioritising approachability, kindness and humour.

**BONUS SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Science, Business or Mathematics preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis and/or BI tools - beyond basic Excel formulas
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Advertising, SEM and performance advertising and measurement.
