Artic Dump Truck Operator
PWE Quarry Services are currently seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators to join their dynamic, successful team based at Gippsland South, VIC.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for your own and fellow coworkers Safety, Quality and Environmental
- Report any incidents, near misses and hazards immediately to PWE management.
- Punctuality with start, finish and break times.
- Must be able to work in a cohesive team environment.
- Complete site specific inductions.
- Sign on to all relevant SWMS and SOPs.
- Complete documentation where required e.g. take S's, timesheets etc.
- Pre-start meeting attendance and consultation with the team every morning.
- Responsible for continuous improvement. Monitor and analyse operational performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Work inline to all client-provided documentation and requirements.
- Performance in conjunction with legislative requirements and PWE documentation including policies, SWMS, SOPs, management plans.
Required skills and experience:
- Artic Dump truck operation ticket
- Driver's license and White Card
- Experience working in a quarry environment
- Use of initiative, proactive and organised approach to work
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing)
