About This Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to client queries and resolve issues promptly.
* Prepare and send accurate quotes for mailing, print, and unaddressed mail campaigns.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
* Maintain CRM accuracy and track projects from concept to completion.
* Support with general administrative tasks when needed.
