Role Responsibilities

4. Establish processes to ensure consistency across countries and product categories.
5. Oversee supplier performance and develop training programs.
6. Create reporting tools to provide visibility and accountability throughout the supply chain.
Requirements
* Significant experience in quality control within the retail sector.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing quality processes and strategies.
* Strong knowledge of garment production, inspection procedures, and supplier management.
* Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and cloud-based reporting systems.
* Experience building tools, dashboards, and calibration frameworks to monitor performance.
* Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with a proactive approach to risk management.
* Demonstrated success in building supplier capability and driving accountability.
