The role
Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation? We have a fabulous opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Business Performance team on a parental leave, maximum term contract until May
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, reporting directly to the Manager, Business Performance.
You'll play a key part in shaping the organisation's success by:
* Driving insights through the coordination and reporting of key financial performance indicators.
* Delivering high-quality analytics to our Board, Executive Management, and external stakeholders.
* Supporting corporate financial management, ensuring smooth operations by driving high quality budgeting, forecast and reporting of your responsible groups.
As a trusted finance partner, you'll contribute to monthly Board reports, annual income and expenditure budgets, capital expenditure planning, and mid-year reviews. You'll also collaborate with management groups to provide tailored reporting and analysis, adapting to evolving business needs.

Who are you?
The Management Accountant will require the following knowledge, skills and experience to make a positive impression in this dynamic and collaborative team:
* A Tertiary Business or Accounting qualification, as well as a CA or CPA qualification (or working towards).
* A high level of professionalism with a drive to produce results.
* A minimum of four years' experience and knowledge in management accounting and/or financial management & experience as a Financial Business Partner.
* Financial and business acumen and an ability to interpret financial information, perform financial evaluation and analysis of operating expenditure and capital programs.
* Capability to build robust relationships with internal stakeholders with the objective to work collaboratively across the company and with a range of potential partners and internal clients.
* Ability to design and develop dashboard reporting, including an understanding of the data behind these dashboards.
* Demonstrable analytical and evaluation skills.High proficiency in the use of Finance ERP systems and databases with Oracle experience highly regarded.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, excellent written and verbal communication and an ability to respectfully challenge the status quo.

This role is remunerated at a Level 4, which is between $104,610 and $110,116 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.
