As they expand our footprint in the industrial sector, we're seeking a Development Manager to take full commercial and strategic ownership of two landmark Industrial Storage projects.

About the Role
As Development Manager, you'll lead projects through the full lifecycle — from acquisition and feasibility to design, approvals, delivery, and handover. You'll shape strategy, drive commercial outcomes, and manage key relationships in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the strategic direction and financial performance of your projects.
* Lead planning, design, and delivery to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
* Prepare and maintain feasibility studies, forecasts, and risk assessments.
* Challenge design assumptions to optimise buildability and quality.
* Manage consultants, contractors, councils, and stakeholders.
* Report project status and performance to senior leadership.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
About You
We're looking for a driven and capable property professional with a strong foundation in built form development and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 8 years' experience in development management, ideally across multiple asset classes.
* Proven ability to take full commercial ownership of projects.
* Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
* Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, or a related field.
