About the Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Civil Engineers, Project Managers and Supervisors to lead our upcoming NT projects. You'll be responsible for planning, delivery, and completion of civil works in accordance with contract requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all stages of civil construction projects — tendering, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.
* Lead site teams including supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
* Oversee contract administration, project reporting, and stakeholder communications.
* Implement safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
* Drive innovation, cost efficiency, and positive project outcomes in remote settings.
* Mentor and support junior engineers and site personnel.
About You
You're a motivated leader with a practical, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in remote environments.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 5–8 years of civil project delivery experience
* Proven success managing roads, earthworks, or infrastructure projects.
* Strong commercial and contractual understanding (DIPL or mining contracts highly regarded).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Willingness to work on remote rosters as required.
