The Head Office and Manufacturing Facility is based in Cohuna (3 hours away from Melbourne). This position will require visitation to the head office periodically and can be worked remote primarily.

Role and Responsibilities Sales Strategy: Support development of Sales Strategy that aligns with AWMA's goals and objectives.
Customer Solutions: Understand customer requirements, identify challenges, and provide tailored technical solutions. Prepare quotes, create proposals, and communicate how our solutions can meet customer needs.
Technical Sales: Explain complex products and their benefits clearly, focusing on value and ROI for the customer.
Sales Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation and proposals to ensure accurate pricing and clear communication.
Self-Motivation: Independently manage and prioritise tasks to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Closing Deals: Demonstrate value of solutions and successfully close deals to contribute to business growth.
Travel: Travel as required within Australia to meet customers, attend exhibitions, and conduct site visits.
About you You will be an accomplished professional salesperson with at least 5+ years of experience in technical sales or a related field.
A proven track record in sales, ideally within the water management or technical solutions industry.
The ability to present complex technical solutions to customers in a clear, engaging, and customer-focused way.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
A solid understanding of technical solutions and customer requirements.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is an advantage).
