About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant on behalf of one of our clients for a unique opportunity supporting a high-performing Executive Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, proactive, and highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of business operations.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing high-level executive support, managing priorities, and ensuring the smooth coordination of key business activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing complex executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
* Coordinating travel arrangements
* Supporting executive projects and strategic initiatives
* Preparing reports, presentations, and executive documentation
* Assisting with Board reporting and governance administration
* Managing expense claims and executive administration processes
* Supporting HR administration and maintaining internal systems
* Coordinating internal events, leadership meetings, and staff engagement activities
* Maintaining company policies and documentation
* Providing analytical and administrative support across the business
* Assisting with executive communications and stakeholder engagement
The Criteria
* Proven PA/EA experience supporting a senior executive
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
* Strong Microsoft Office experience
* Experience supporting board reporting or HR administration will be highly regarded
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach
